Spare room in lovely 2 bed flat near Brighton uni

Hiya- I’m Becca and I’m 22 and a 3rd year student at Brighton uni studying psychology and sociology. I am planning on continuing on to doing a masters next year. I currently live in a two-bedroom privately rented flat with my flatmate. However, my flatmate is looking to move soon (although flexible as to when), so I am looking for someone who would be interested in moving into his room as soon as possible. I’m a pretty clean and chill person I’m just looking for someone that I can get along with hopefully since it would just be the two of us in the flat i think that’s important :)

The room has a built-in wardrobe but other than that, it is unfurnished. There is currently a single bed mattress in there that whoever moves in can use but if you'd rather bring your own bed I can remove it! There is free street parking outside, two shops only a 5-minute walk away, a 15-minute walk from Brighton uni and Moulsecoomb station and it has a great size shared living room which I have furnished.

Ideally looking for another student but open to a professional if they are close to my age and/or we have lots in common! although any non-student would be responsible for the council tax - council tax band: B
