Central Ensuite Room

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from early April as I'm moving into a new place March 26th and need some time to move. This will be from end of March to August with the opportunity to renew. This is a top floor large double room with ensuite in a 5 bed property.

The house is in a really amazing central location, right next door to Aldi London road - less than 10 minutes walk to the Brighton train station and has tons of bus routes.

The pier is a 15 minute walk or very short bus journey.
Its an all queer household and everyone is super lovely! The location is right across from St Peter's Church. Really really central!!

Landlord needs guarantor and accepts Housing benefit 🤟

My room is the attic room with its own private stairs and en suite with a shower cubicle and toilet.

I pay £750 pcm for this excluding bills, There is also an option to swap with my housemates room for a cheaper option, he pays £640

Deposit is £750 and bills roughly 90-100 PCM
