Student accommodation - Double room

Double room available in a 6 bed student house near Lewes Road which has great transport links to the universities and city centre.. Unfortunately I need to move out due to work commitments.

The spacious double bedroom is on the ground floor at the front of the house. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and two small storage units.

The house is arranged over four floors with a kitchen, living/dining room, two bathrooms and one separate toilet. There is a small south facing garden with patio. Brighton Station is a 12 minute walk and London Road Station a 9 minute walk away.. Buses are a 5 minute walk away.

Rent is £628.00 per month including broadband, excluding bills (water/electric and gas). We rent through an agency who will require a security deposit of £724.50. Tenancy ends 12th August 2025.

My current housemates are 5 lovely girls, all in their final year at University of Sussex.
