We have two beautiful rooms available in our large, charming Georgian terrace house, perfect for someone looking for a friendly, creative, and sociable home. The house is full of character, with a spacious living room that’s perfect for movie nights, a big kitchen that’s great for cooking and hanging out, spacious rooms and a patio area which is a lovely space during summer and spring.

Right in the heart of Brighton, our home is just a five-minute walk from Brighton Station and Seven Dials, making it unbelievably convenient. Whether you’re heading to the seafront, or anywhere in the city, you’re perfectly placed.

With the city centre 5 minutes walk away and a pub on the corner, you’ve got fantastic cafes, pubs, and independent shops all on the doorstep, and the Lanes, North Laine, and Churchill Square are just a short stroll away. You’ll never be far from the buzz of Brighton’s best spots!

We are a friendly, welcoming house who enjoy hanging out and socialising, but also respect each other’s space. We are looking for two young people to join our welcoming home—ideally, someone creative who enjoys a mix of chilled evenings and fun times together.
