Urgent! 1 large double room -Elm Grove area

Urgent! We've unfortunately had a drop out and are looking for one more people to join us in this gorgeous 3 bedroom house. It is fully furnished, with a large living room, garden, and a little spare room we currently use for hanging laundry. I am looking for students or professionals over the age of 21, and am looking to maintain a calm and clean household. I myself am LGBTQ+, so definitely a LGBTQ+ friendly :) The tenancy starts from August, but I am hoping to get this sorted as quickly as possible. I have lived here for this last year and it really is such a nice house, pretty much has everything you need, and it's a private landlord who is always so kind and helpful.

The avaliable room is a double room downstairs, which has a small heated walk in wardrobe.
