Beautiful in the North Laine & By The Station

My name is Emma. I love living on the edge of the North Laine and would like to share my daughters bedroom since she is living abroad.

The large, bright living room in my second floor flat is its best feature. Sit in the very large window seat or on my balcony and look down on the hustle and bustle of Brighton`s North Laine.

The North Laine is the eclectic heart of Brighton. Pubs, restaurants, amazing shopping, music, and culture of all sorts are very close. The station is a 4 minute walk and the sea is just a 15 minute stroll through the prettiest parts of Brighton.

Access is via a gated courtyard.

There are three bedrooms. I live here by myself and have my two children visiting at weekends.

Your bedroom has a 4ft double bed with large built in cupboards. It has a large east facing window with electric blind. There is a desk available which is not shown in the photos.

There are two bathrooms. The bathroom by your room contains a shower and is shown in the pictures. Exclusive use is possible for an extra £50/month.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any cook, or go to any of the excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I'm a 50 something IT professional, mostly working from home. I usually entertain friends one night a week, we would not get in your way in the kitchen.

All bills are included except for a contribution towards heating (January £70, February £60, March £50, April onwards £0.

The contract will initially be for 3 months. A follow on contract will be at the same rent.
