Big double room very central in lovely house

My partner, our lovely (and very energetic!) Border Collie Elvis and I are looking to rent a very large double room in our 3-bedroom house in central Brighton. The room comes with your own private bathroom.

It’s currently set up with a wardrobe divider creating separate areas (bedroom / living space / office), as shown in the photos. However, all furniture will be removed , the room will be rented completely unfurnished, so you can make the space your own.

Great option for someone who works from home.

We’re right in the centre of Brighton, with shops and transport links on our doorstep and the beach just a 5-minute walk away.

We’re looking for a female professional, who values a peaceful, clean and tidy home. This is not a party house, we’re after someone organised, respectful and happy to live in a calm environment.

You must love dogs, as Elvis is very sweet but full of energy.
