Student house in Brighton - for 2 or for 4 people

Our house is well maintained, mid-terrace HMO Victorian property, near the Universities, and the city centre.

It is centrally heated, with 4 large bedrooms, all with double beds, fully furnished with wardrobes, desks, chairs, bedside tables, bookshelves, TV and Internet points. The kitchen/lounge contains a sofa, kitchen table and stools, fitted units, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, plus basic kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery etc. There is one full bathroom, and a second downstairs WC and basin, and a vented tumble drier in the understairs cupboard.

We have an appliance, services and boiler repair contract paid by the Landlord for any repairs to appliances, water, gas & electricity etc. Only non-smokers please.

NB: The rent is based on £155 p. p., per week, for an 11 month tenancy, including gas, water and electricity. All occupants must sign a one tenant assured shorthold tenancy agreement. Deposits are held in the government's Deposit Protection Scheme.

PLEASE NOTE: 2 of our current tenants would like to stay, so if you are only a group of 2, please feel free to contact us. A group of 4 would be fine as well.
