Looking for a lodger

Bright large double room available for a lodger to share with a small family. £625/month including all bills, council tax (c) and broadband. Room is around 5x4m, with small double bed, built-in storage + room for a desk. Sharing the kitchen/ diner, large living room, bathroom and and big garden with us. We can provide all bedding, kitchen and housheold stuff etc, so it would suit someone coming from abroad/ moving quickly. We're a working mum (43 y. o.), 6 year old schoolgirl, and dad who is away for work a lot. Close to Aldi and accessible to universities. Would suit a postgrad student or similar person who can live as a lodger with a working family! Would prefer someone medium term but can also consider shorter lets of 2-3 months.
