Looking for a lodger

Bright large double room available for a lodger to share with a small family. £600/month including all bills, council tax (c) and broadband. Room is around 5x4m, with small double bed, built-in storage + a desk. Close to Aldi and very accessible to universities. Sharing the kitchen/ diner, large living room, bathroom and and big garden with us. We can provide all bedding, kitchen equipment etc, so it would suit someone moving without own furniture and household stuff e. g. a postgrad student. We're a working mum (44 y. o.), 6 year old schoolgirl, and dad who's away for work a lot. So, would suit someone who can live as a lodger with a working family!
