We have a very large double room to rent for a long term let. The room is extremely spacious with a double bed, double wardrobe, drawers, plenty of shelving and a small fridge.
We will provide a desk should you require one. We have a large kitchen where you will have your own cupboard, fridge and freezer shelf. There is a shared bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs.
We also have a lovely garden with views over Brighton from the back of the house and an area for smokers (no smoking inside the house).
Very good location with all the local amenities Fiveways has to offer. The bus journey into the town centre is only 5/10 minutes or a 25 minute walk. We are a lively household, I am a full-time teacher living with my 26 and 27 year old daughter and son who also work full time and our 2 year old cat . Monthly rent includes WiFi, all bills and council tax Band D.
