Large Double - Epic Sunny Garden

Hello! Thanks for checking out my bedroom for rent.

I already have one lodger in my spare room. He's a friend I have known through work for a few years.

I am moving out for 3-6 months - looking to fill my room.

My home is a two-bedroom detached Bungalow.

There is a lovely kitchen with patio doors onto a balcony, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a kitchen table.

Also a lounge, TV etc

The bedroom is 3.70m by 3.10m and will be furnished.

Permit parking on street.

The garden is super sunny, with a firepit and BBQ.
