Double Room Available in Friendly House for May

Hello! I’m looking for a new housemate to take over my room in early May, in a lovely 3 bed house based in Roundhill, Brighton.

The room is a spacious double, recently re-decorated and re-carpeted. It comes with a built in wardrobe and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a desk & chair. It gets great natural light, and the area is peaceful and quiet.

You’ll be living with Pete, a 2D freelance animator and part time sale assistant with an interest for anime, nature, and all things creative. And Callum, who works in background screening who's interests are films, swimming, and music. We’re all working professionals, balancing time between home and the office. We’re respectful of each other’s space, but also enjoy catching up in the kitchen or garden (especially in the summer!). The vibe here is laid back, and would be a great fit for someone considerate, friendly with a good sense of humour.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. There’s also a working wood fire, which I’ll definitely miss during the winters!

-Bills (council tax, internet, energy): £140 per month (based on this winter's usage)
-Deposit: £634.33
-Minimum contract: 6 months (renewable every 6 months)
-Managed by Sure Property (Kemptown) – they’ll need to run a reference check.
