Hi there prospective roomie!

Small second/top floor double room available in a quiet house share on a one-way street near the beautiful Preston Park, with great access to transport, centre of town, Sevendials and the surrounding area.

Room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, sizeable desk and double bed, looking for immediate occupancy from end of March and includes bills, council tax and wifi in the £630PCM cost! I know right? Bargain!

Room is available until the end of -August- on a sub-let, zero contract basis, with possibility to take over tenancy upon its renewal date as I shall be moving out.

As its on the top floor, the available room stays beautifully cosy and warm year-round.

Current residents are two (ND and LGBTQIA+) thirty-somethings and the most adorable cat you have ever seen (Its his house really).

You will have shared use of a well ventilated bathroom with bath and shower (shared with only one housemate as the other has their own en-suite), a fully equipped ground floor kitchen, shared shoe rack and storage spaces, communal dual-purpose lounge/laundry room area, dehumidifier, and shared visitor parking at the rear.

Ideal tenant will be a working person/with reliable income, vaguely in/around their thirties. Environmentally conscious, vegetarian/vegan, and a keeper of regular daytime hours as noise travels substantially in the house to floors below.

This is a shared home more-so than an "individuals renting rooms" setup. We work together to keep the house clean would like our new housemate to join in the team work.

We’re individually fairly quiet people but happy to socialise and would love to have a housemate we can consider a friend!
