It can be offered as two separate tenancy’s so your own room with shared kitchen and bathroom but would prefer two people or two couples looking to share with a flatmate. Me and my flatmate are halfway through our current tenancy but both need to leave as soon as possible so is available now with a minimum stay of 6 month but the landlord would be happy to continue for longer. Great location as not far of a walk to Brighton city centre and close to good bus routes, 24/7 best one shop couple min walk away along with other shops over the road from the co-op to vape shops to a bakery and also a subway. Guarantors needed and even accept a guarantor service if needs be, a guarantor does not need to prove or disclose income, just needs to be a home owner. Comes furnished with everything you’ll need including; bed frames and mattress, fridge, freezer, sofa, desks and chairs in both rooms, breakfast bar stools, set of draws and wardrobe each also along with other things.
