Petite Room with aditional storage/living space

Short term let. Room to rent in our lovely Brighton flat.

We're up on Dyke Road in Hove, right opposite Dyke Road Park. Really good location, it's nice and quick to get to Brighton Station and Preston Park Station (especially if you cycle) and there's a bus stop right outside.

The room is quite small but it's also really cheap for Brighton. My old housemate made it really cosy and had his TV on the wall with shelves up all over the room for storage so you could definitely make something cool with it and there are two big cupboards in the hallway to use as a wardrobe and whatnot.

Me and my housemate both like to cook (both were/are chefs in Brighton) we have a nice, clean living room, bright social space with a big TV and a great setup for watching movies and gaming. Both like to party a little bit both also have a pretty busy work life so it's a good balance of chill time and going out here.

Any questions, shoot us a message. We’ve been let down a couple of times recently so need to find a housemate pretty quickly. Trying to do viewings ASAP and ideally need someone to move in by about the 15th.

Total cost per month including bills (council tax, internet, electricity and water) comes to about £650 each month which is seriously good for Brighton and we've both been quite happy here for about 3 years now.
