Single room in great location

Single bedroom (double at a squeeze) in fantastic area of Hanover close to bus and cycle routes, 7mins walk from London Road shops, 10-15mins walk from Brighton Station.

Living/dining area and kitchen are shared. Often one of us is chilling out there. Bathroom will be shared with male housemate.

A great location surrounded by local pubs with easy access into town and only a 20mins walk to the beach.

As housemates, we're reasonably quiet. Much more interested in cooking food and watching TV rather than hosting wild parties. So, we're looking for someone who is also happy keeping it calm and tidy.

Bills approx. £120-150 including council tax.
