This spacious flat is very close to the centre and 10 minutes walk from the train station. All amenities are nearby and the beach is a 15 minute walk.
I am a professional looking for someone to live in my spare room.
I'm looking for a flatmate who I can share time and space with in a free and easy atmosphere.
I work from home and have specific times of day for meetings which take priority.
I am looking for a professional or a student but someone who preferably isn't mainly working from home so there won't be any clashes. However if there are times spent having to work at home we would need to be able to discuss and negotiate.
So someone who's able to say what they want and who respects boundaries but also wants to live in a communal way.
