Elm Grove Room for Rent 2 Bed House with Couple

2 bedroom house- living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and potentially an air fryer depending on how the custody arrangement works out with current tenants (that are moving out).
Property is non smoking technically, but there is a garden so you can smoke out the back. Me and my boyfriend both smoke, so as long as you’re chill with the smell then we are good. We’re vegetarian but don’t really care if you’re not.
Just looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to enjoy our little flat with us :)
