Looking for a new tenant in central Brighton

Heya!

I’m Tommy. Me and my housemate (Saja) are looking for a new person to take over from our other housemate who moves out in October. The room is pretty well sized and the house (located smack bang in the middle of Brighton) is super cozy. The room will be unfurnished so that gives you the chance to make it your own space. The living room came unfurnished (now it has stuff in it though) so it’s been a project of ours to make it a really nice space to relax in. We have free rein to do what we want with it.

A bit about us:

We are two working professionals. I’m a Baker and Saj is a Dental Nurse trainee. We get on really well and tend to spend a lot time hanging out with each others friend groups (when we aren’t working), so if you’re looking for a sociable household this is the place! Absolutely no pressure if you want to do your own thing though! We place a lot of importance on respecting each others spaces as well as the communal areas, which we always make the effort to keep clean for each other.
