looking for someone to take over my share of tenancy from 05 May/05 June till September in a 5 bedroom house in Moulsecoomb, Brighton!

Good location with great transport links, 24/25/78 bus route on the main road less than a minute walk away, corner shop within a few minutes, nearest train station/UoB just 15 mins walk away. Would be decent for disabled people due to transport links and being just one step from street to room.

Decently sized double room with large window and blackout curtains (king size bed in photos currently which along with the desk will get replaced with the original ones) also has a good size wardrobe and chest of drawers included as part of the furnishings

Large kitchen with full size washer and dryer, two massive double fridge/freezers with plenty of cupboard space.

Living room is spacious with plenty of sitting space, lots of natural light

Separate shower room and toilet room

The garden is massive! One that can really be enjoyed with the summer coming up.

Very queer household with some lovely housemates who are very social and often cook, hang out, listen to music and watch movies/play games together. LGBT+ preferred, under 40 also preferred but neither required.

Rent is £600 a month, Deposit £692, you will need a guarantor as well as this is managed through an agency.

Bills are split between five tenants with equal shares.

Council band B split between 5 tenants.

Move in date will define tenancy length. Tenancy ends 5th September so 5th May move in date would be a 4 month tenancy. Any later than that would have to be on the 5th of the proceeding months.
