Lovely double room in a quiet, spacious flat close to Fiveways over the summer holidays.

Hi there! I'm Nimi, an academic. I live in a two-bedroomed apartment in Hollingdean. I'm travelling for work over the summer from 1 May to 30 August and looking to rent out my master bedroom for these four months.

The other bedroom is already rented out to Riko and Alejandro, a lovely couple from Japan and Colombia. They've both just completed their university studies, and will be staying on in Brighton for a little while. They are a gentle and quiet couple. They enjoy cooking and cycling, and they love gardening and music.

The master bedroom is fully furnished with a new bed, wardrobe, etc. There is a large communal living room, and the bathroom has a bath and shower. The apartment is one of six in the block, and has a beautiful shared garden in the front and back, with apple trees, plum trees, jasmine, honeysuckle, raspberries and gooseberries.

The apartment is close to Fiveways, which has a Co-op, green grocers, bakery, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Just around the corner, there's a convenience store, pharmacy and post office. Several parks are close by, and it's a 10 minutes walk to the Wild Park Nature Reserve. The apartment comes with free street parking. There's a bus stop just around the corner (no. 50), and it's just over 10 minutes walk to London Road station.

I'm hoping to find someone who wants to share a peaceful, happy home with others, and enjoys spending time with people from different cultures.

The rent includes council tax, high speed broadband, water and electricity.
