There are two good bus routes nearby (the no.27 going down Dyke Road and the 5A going down London Road) and it's within walking distance of Preston Park railway station. There is also permit-free on street parking and easy access to the A27 and A23.

We are looking for a professional single person (we are happy to consider a couple if it is the right fit for the flat), and possibly with an interest in the arts and design.
Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for children or pets.
