Room in a 2-bedroom flat - Preston Park

Hi there,

My roommate is moving out at the beginning of July and I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

The flat is located in a block of flat in front of Preston Park, at the 8th floor. We’ve got a big living room, a separate kitchen and also a small balcony.

You’ll be sharing with me - an easy-going French guy working as an Acoustic Engineer. Outside of work, I spend most of my time playing music, playing tennis in the park, or doing photography. I’m always up for a chat, but also respectful of personal space. If you’re new to Brighton, I’d also be happy to show you around and share some local recommendations for cafés, pubs, and good spots around town.

Rent price is £750 (bills/council tax not included!). A deposit will be required and you’ll be added to the tenancy agreement.
