Hello! We are two girls in a three person house looking for someone to take over the third room (tendency to start August 2025-end of next academic year)
The rent is £736 pp per month. Located on Kimberley Road in Brighton. Close to Lewes Road Bus Garage and Coombe Road bus stops. About a 10 minute walk from Moulsecoombe Brighton campus. The house has 3 bedrooms, living area/kitchen, and a large garden. I (Makayla) study psychology with counselling studies but gratuade in May 2025. I will be working hopefully full time next academic year. My housemate (Gabriela) studies English literature and will be in her final year.
Some info on us:
- Kind, friendly, and very relaxed about things

- We are more the stay in and watch a movie with sweet treats but do love a good night out every now and then.
- It's usually quiet in the house from 10pm-8am
- Very clean, responsible, and tidy
- We have a 4 year old cat who lives with us. Shes very chill and adorable but loves to try to sneak a bite of your food.
