Room for short term rent

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely 5-bedroom home while I’m away from June to October! The available double room is fully furnished. The house has a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen (washer/dryer, kettle, air fryer, toaster), a bathroom downstairs, and a toilet upstairs.

You’ll be sharing the house with three professionals and two friendly indoor cats, so cat lovers only, please!

Location & Transport:
• Convenient location with shops and transport links nearby!
• Off-licence on the corner, plus Sainsbury’s and Aldi just a 5-minute walk away
• Buses 24, 46, 50, and 79 stop right around the corner
• Lewes Road bus station is just down the road
• Train station is a 15-minute walk away

Deposit: £600

Available from the 1st of June until end of September/ beginning of October. Happy to be flexible.
