Available is a very large furnished double room in a 2nd floor apartment close to Preston Park Station (4 min walk), bus stops are 30 secs away. The flat itself is in a quiet residential location, has free permit parking (I will have to register your vehicle with Sippi), electric throughout (no gas), everything works as it should + a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (+ bath) plus even a shared Tennis Court at the back for residents use. Council tax band B. The room itself is furnished with a Kingsize Bed, desk, curtains, a Smart 32" TV, built in wardrobe and bedside table. I live at the property and I work full time locally. My housemate works locally too most days, is very quiet and tidy so we are looking for the same type of person to come and join on a Monday to Friday basis who works standard sort of hours as we do out of the house. We occasionally watch a film together when we can.

There is 500mb Virgin Broadband here, good coverage around the apartment, a Sainsburys and Costa (plus 2 pubs) and the park 8 mins walk away and Preston Park Station is 4 minutes away so would suit anyone commuting in to town or towards London for work :)
