Full cooking and laundry facilities are available in the main house… We have a lovely feisty Rottweiler called Luna and 2 lovely cats who like to visit, so animal lovers are essential….. The room is for single occupancy only and we require fully checkable work and landlord references. We are an easy going gay couple so this is a safe space. We are looking for a tenant that wants a home not just a room and something longer term… main house is semi detached on the outskirts of kemptown and minutes from the hospital. Both the house and the lodge are finished to a very high standard. The rent is £850 pcm plus and returnable deposit of £500 this includes all bills. As stated single occupancy both first months rents and deposit are payable before tenancy is taken up. There is permit parking on the road but also some free parking on the race hill. There is a zero tolerance to the consumption or possession of illegal substances on/in the property. Looking for an honest decent professional who wants a home not just a room as this not a party house.
