Description

Looking for someone to takeover my lease (ends January 2026, with a possibility of extending). Move in date is 13th June. Rent £700, Bills (Council Tax + Wifi + Gas) around £150~ so comes out to around £850ish a month. Water is paid every 6 months. You will be moving in with my lovely housemate (she lives on the top floor so theres alot of privacy).

Room is medium sized & on the ground floor. Unfurnished but comes with a huge built-in wardrobe. Could possibly leave & sell my small double bed if you’d like (gotta discuss with landlord first!). There’s space to fit a desk & chair. There is a bathroom right next to the room — not shared as the other tenant has a bathroom of her own. Huge living room and kitchen + we have a washing machine!!! & TV :)


About my housemate: she works 5 days a week & enjoys relaxing at the cafe and pubs over the weekends. She’s vegetarian but doesn’t mind if you aren’t. She also enjoys sitting on the beach and occasional movie night or night out & doing activities. She is vv lovely & sociable but also respectful if you need your downtime.
