Hi there friends! Looking to sublet my double room while I go away for just over a month. Room is £650 a month or £812.50 for the 6 weeks. That doesn't include bills but I will cover bills during the let. The room will include the bed, the drawers and shelves and a stand up fan for these warm summer months! It will be a flat share with my lovely roommate Scotty (they/them) and we're looking for a female flat mate who is clean, friendly and respectful. The flat is situated on Grand Parade so about as central as you can get- most buses are right outside or a 5 minute walk away, 5 minute walk to the beach, close to all the London Road shops and 5-10 minute walk away from all the pubs and shops in the North Laines.
