Looking for a female professional, with good cohabitation manners to share this beautiful flat in central Brighton. Please only reply if you’re looking for one year minimum rent.
The room will be unfurnished, we will sign a contract with the curent agency and a deposit will be taken as well. The landlady is very good and looks after the flat, so you will be in safe hands.
The last 3 photos are of the room, note that it will be handed to you unfurnished and clean.
The ideal future flatmate :
Someone mindful of their surroundings who keeps the house clean and tidy. Kitchen, bathroom to be left clean after use.
Someone comfortable with having a quiet house in the evenings after 8ish and early mornings, and preferably no loud music in the common spaces.
If they have or will have a partner, it’s ok to spend an evening per week in the house but more has to be discussed and agreed on.
By no means a party house, I’m looking for a future flatmate that is responsible and trustworthy and someone with the same views and values as described. If you think we’ll be compatible and are looking for the same vibes please reply to the ad and I will answer more questions.
Few things about me: I work outside the house Monday to Friday and I come back evenings. So I am looking for a quiet space to unwind and relax after work and get ready for the next day. Weekends I either chill in the flat or spend time outdoors. :)
Deposit is 923£ which will be protected by agency.
