Hi, we're (3M, 1F) looking for 2 students to join our 6-person Mafeking Road tenancy starting on the 12th August 2025. Rent will be ~£671 pppm (£745 including a bills package).

Deposit is £750 and there is also a £150 holding deposit, however this will be taken off the first months rent!

The house is 5 minutes from the shops (Aldi, Sainsbury's) and Brighton Uni Moulsecoomb campus. Lewes Road Bus Garage is also a 5 minute walk down the road so we have convenient access to several bus routes (incl. those going to Falmer campuses).
