I'm EJ and I am currently leaving due to personal reasons and I'm looking for someone to take over my room From the 1st of June. Tenancy starts from 12th June to sept 12 and you can extend your Tenacy for the following year.
Flatmates are three working professionals, very chill and friendly.
Large room available to rent over the summer in our lovely light bright furnished 4 bed house share in St. Mary Magdalene Street in the Lewes Road area of Brighton. Sharing with three friendly & chilled male professionals. The room is available from 2 nd June to 12 th September. Rent is £600 pcm + bills + deposit.
It’s a great room, nicely furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk& chair. Theres a large bathroom, communal kitchen living area and a nice sun trap garden. The 25 bus stops at the end of the road which runs to Sussex and Brighton University Campuses. Brighton and London Road Train Stations, the city centre and seafront are all within about a 10 minute walk and there is a good cycle lane network which connects to the city centre, seafront and University Campuses.
