I’m traveling for 1 month in August and subletting my sunny double room in a very cosy and warm household. The flat is on two floors, with the room on the second floor and facing South-East therefore a lot of sun but got blinds to allow for nice night sleeps.
We have a garage where we store our bikes and boxes/ luggage.
There is a patio at the back of the house, currently we keep some plants and flowers there for some additional garden feeling.
Area is very central but on a very quiet street, behind Regency Square. 5minutes walking to the shops and bus stops that take you basically everywhere, 15minutes walking to the train station and most importantly 2 minutes walking to the beach.
In the house live a couple and a woman with their little cute spaniel.
The room is available from the 10th of August until 6th of September. It would be great to rent for the whole period but can also consider shorter time frames.
