The rent is £706 per month (includes a monthly gardener and contents insurance), with an additional bills package of £92 per month. The room is furnished with a small double bed, desk, chair, shelf, and closet, and it has a large window that lets in plenty of daylight and offers a nice view of the garden. The house is well-connected with great bus links and is close to the city centre, local shops, The Level and Queen’s Park, and just a 20-minute walk to the seafront.
