Double room in central brighton

We have a good-sized double room available in our flat for £630, all bills included. Additionally, you will have access to a spare room that is shared between myself, my partner, and you.
The spare room is currently used for storage and as a guest room (we’ve only hosted parents once this year), but we’re happy to reorganize it to better suit shared use.
Both the spare room and your bedroom are on the third floor, so essentially, the entire third floor will be just for you.
The flat is currently home to me, 39, a UX designer, and my partner, 29, a software developer and a friendly 27 who works in HR. If you’re a professional as well, you could be a great fit.


This is not a party house. While we enjoy a social life and occasionally have friends over for drinks, we keep things low-key with no loud music or big parties.
We prefer professionals, ideally working office hours.


We value clean and tidy spaces and appreciate housemates who clean up after themselves, help with household chores, and contribute to maintaining a pleasant, organized home.
