URGENT - looking for 2 more people to join us !!!

‼️‼️‼️URGENT!!! hey!!!! we are urgently looking for 3 people to join us in a 5 bed gorgeous house on stanley road as i’ve just had someone drop out of uni and the other ended up being able to live with a friend verrrrry last minute 🥲

all rooms are double, quite spacious, and furnished 🏆😇(all rooms in pics are available)

it’s truly a lovely area right by london road (so great for working), and near transport links (6 minute walk from london road station, 12 mins from brighton main station, and close to bus links and the N25 (night bus!).

we are both super friendly and chatty, not cliquey at all, and we would love to meet new people!!! we really want a homey/family vibe and would love to all get on, we enjoy movie nights, nights out, art, games, cooking together (i’m especially big on cooking…. sometimes anyways….).

we are also both queer and are obviously are happy to live with all types of people :))) we would just like if you are clean and don’t smoke indoors hahahah x

we have put in an offer for £145 a week per person, the max it would be if that isn’t accepted tho is £165 i believe. bills (depending on which company we use) are around 15-30 extra a week xx

it also has:
- a washer
- a separate tumble dryer
- dishwasher
- a large kitchen

we viewed it and loved the vibe, there’s also a lovely little garden (which we are desperate to do a bbq in hahahah), and they are going to do some touch ups to the flooring before move in.

tenancy starts 27 august but i am negotiating for it to start on the 20th! the landlords are happy with requests too.

we are both students at uni of brighton and on the moulsecoombe campus - it’s about a 25 min walk x
