Two double rooms available in Hanover

Myself and my current flatmate are moving out of our three bedroom house. We are wanting to be out on 20/21st June.

Ideally for people buddied up already/friends so we can arrange viewings as replacing 2 people and ideal for everyone to meet. This is not essential so if you're alone that's fine.

Bedroom 1 £520 Smaller Double (second 2 photos)
- Bed, smaller wardrobe, small table (in the living room currently) included.
- I have stored the bed behind the wardrobe so you can bring your own (mine is photographed), otherwise bed will be put back together when you move in.

Bedroom 2 £565 Larger Double (first 2 photos)
- Bed, Large Wardrobe included.

We have a boiler in the smaller room and we have an arrangement as a house to make this fair for the person in that room. It's worked well for us, let me know if you have any questions!

Parking available and no wait for permits. Small garden, shared kitchen, shared bathroom between the 2 rooms as the third room has its own bathroom. We don't smoke in the house, garden is cool.

Tenancy is being renewed in September and the landlord is extending, hence why looking for longer term people to replace. The rent is staying the same (we have confirmed).

Current household:
Chilled, relaxed professionals. Hanging out sometimes, chats around the house, but no pressure on this either. It will be mostly a new house to create your own vibe.

Subject to referencing, must be earning £17000 or above and in full time employment.
