Looking for a new housemate in my 2 bed flat near Preston Park station

About the room-

Furnished double bedroom with huge built-in storage, king-size bed and mattress. The rest of the furnishings (desk, rug, bedside tables and shelves etc are no longer in the room as my friend moved out )

About the flat-

Really nice and quiet ground floor two-bed flat about a 5-minute walk to Preston Park station. The flat has central heating, a bathroom with a shower & a bath, a large lounge/dining area with a smart TV (& Netflix!), and a good-sized kitchen with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and espresso machine.

There is free parking on the street and surrounding streets but the parking is not designated. There are also good bus routes just across the road.

There is also bike storage for the block available.

Bills:
Gas, electric and water and internet are currently £74 each.

Council tax band: B (72.50 each)

Total bills: roughly £146 each

About me-

I'm a 32 y/o account manager working in Hove 2 days a week (Tues & Thurs) and the rest WFH. When I'm not working I love to run, go to the gym, travel, and try out new restaurants and wine bars!

I'm generally a very relaxed housemate and have had great experiences with Spareroom, and still have good friends from my previous house shares in Brighton & london.

It's really important to me that where I live is a relaxing place to come back to after work, and I really value my sleep so I'd love to live with someone with a similar mindset who is equally respectful of noise late at night. I also like to keep the shared spaces clean & tidy.

Aside from that, I love socializing and making new friends so I would love to hang out and go to the pub/cook together!

About you-

I'd ideally like to live with another girl who's also a working professional and open to hybrid/WFH workers like me!
