Lovely double room in Brighton

We are looking for a housemate to join us in our flat from July, as our previous housemate is moving out.

Rent per person per month is £650, not including bills. With bills it equals around £750 per month.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. The flat is unfurnished, although the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are already furnished by us!

We are 2 female working professionals in our twenties who enjoy theatre, art, going out for coffee, and watching documentaries!

We are vegan/vegetarian so would prefer this if possible.

We are incredibly clean and so would need a housemate to be tidy, clean, and hygienic.
