Hi! We have 2 lovely double rooms becoming available from around 1st July 2025. Our current housemates are downsizing meaning both their rooms need filling.

About the housemates:
We are a fun and friendly household of working professionals. Some of us in the office and some hybrid workers. We like to hang out in the evenings and watch TV, go for a pint or a gig or a walk as well as having our individual interests and downtime.

We're currently looking for 1 male and 1 female housemate between the age of 26 - 30 to keep a balanced household - 2 guys 3 girls. We would like a housemate who is looking to make friends and contribute to our lovely home.

About the house:
There are two communal bathrooms; one located on the lower ground floor with a large bath and shower attached, another is located on the first floor next to the bedrooms and has a shower only. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other male housemate.

Also on the lower ground floor is a large open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen is fitted with a large range cooker as well as two freezers and a large fridge. The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the hallway of the lower ground floor. We are also lucky to have a decent sized back garden with a barbecue included!

On street parking available - Brighton and Hove Zone J

Bills not included - roughly £100 per month (we have a cleaner who comes once a month too!)
