This might be a little long but I hope it's worth it so please bear with me!
I'm lucky enough to be renting this beautiful house direct from the landlord and hence you will be subletting from me. As she's trusting me with this, I'm really looking for people who share my values and want a similar experience.
A little about me:
I've worked in London for almost 10 years, though across that time lived for a longish stint in Berlin and shorter stints in other fun parts of the world. My work has always allowed me to travel but has never been super fulfilling, though my side-job is teaching meditation which I love!
I'm moving to Sussex to study Psychology to start aligning my passions and career.
My interests are pretty broad but love meditation and yoga, reading about the overlaps of buddhism/psychology/neuroscience, training for lots of fun challenges (running, cycling. hiking), cooking yummy things, going to the occasional techno festival and spending time with friends.
What I'm looking for:
- Either two singles or a couple (if a couple we can chat and work out a price)
- People who enjoy and are curious about life & have likely done some work on themselves!
- Ideally not people who want to get drunk every weekend. I love dropping into a nice pub every now and then but we're probably not a match if you're there every weekend!
- People who love nature, being outside, moving their body (to whatever extent is possible)
- People who are both open to communal living, cooking together, doing the occasional adventure but also happy doing their own thing
and FINALLY, the house!
- 3 double rooms
- One bathroom with bath/shower
- 3 toilets (i. e. one in main bathroom + 2 extras)
- Amazing kitchen with 6hobs, kitchen island, so plenty of space for cooking and hanging out!
- Living room with small TV & L-Sofa (happy to get a bigger one if people want though)
- Decked outdoor area with lighting & outdoor shower!
- Has a Waitrose, Sainsburys & Co-op within easy walking distance.
- 15min drive, 35min min public transport & 26min cycle to Sussex Uni
- 8min walk to the sea! (probably less if you're speedy)
Oooh last thing - as much a I love animals, the landlord doesn't want pets.
