Thanks for viewing my page. I’m a primary music teacher and would like to host and rent a single room out in my flat - available from now. Please see attached photos/video.

The flat does not face on to a road and overlooks Preston Park. It is very quiet and has a nice balcony overlooking the park. I keep a clean, calm and relaxed flat and would expect the same from a lodger.

I am often away at weekends as my partner lives in London and my adult children live away so you will often have the flat to yourself Fri -Mon.

The flat is on Beaconsfield Villas, BN16HF and very close to the Lucerne Road bus stops in both directions. These bus routes are served by routes 5B, 5N and 55. Other bus routes are nearby.
5 minute walk to Preston Park
15 minute walk to Preston Park railway station
20 minute walk to Brighton railway station.
Good transport links to the universities.
Shops nearby.
There is a shared parking bay for visitors at the flats.
Parking Zone J - Mon to Sun - 9am to 8pm - permit holders and some paid parking
Parking Zone 10 is nearby - Mon to Fri - 9am to 10am and 2pm to 3pm - Paid parking and some permit holders
No smoking
£600 / month all in to full time students.
£630 / month all in if not full time student.
