Our current housemate is moving away and we’re looking for someone who would fit in our cozy house share in North Laine.
4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, right by the station. We have a small garden out the back which is lovely in the summer and like to keep the house clean and tidy 🏡 we all get on well - spending time together but also appreciating eachothers space/ down time. LGBTQ friendly.
This is a home for us, and would love for someone to fit into that. Keeping our space clean and tidy is a priority.
Option to move in before the 15th July if required
£765 without bills, usually all expenses are about £850- £880 pm.
A bit about us:
Ellis (25) art director/ animator, plays MTG, loves reading, anything outdoorsy, the gym and house plants
Bartek (26) chiropractor, loves running, the gym, gaming and anything outdoorsy
François (28) research fellow, likes reading and staying active with football and tennis.
