Bright double bedroom in refurbished home

We are a professional couple (Shane and Tracey) who live in the home all the time and we both work full time. Our son, Tor aged 18 floats between ours and his mums. We seek a student or young professional that enjoys living in a friendly, clean and modern/contemporary home. Is comfortable with the family scene but as equally comfortable with their own space. We are looking for someone that is happy that this is a let for the bedroom, bathroom and use of the kitchen. There is seating in the kitchen to eat meals.

The bedroom for rent is on the third floor. There is a double bed, recently replaced with an ottoman bed for extra storage and a brand new, excellent quality Mattress. Wardrobes, desk and chair. There is a shower room next to the bedroom and this will predominantly be used by you as we have a family bathroom on the second floor and an en-suite in the master bedroom.

We are ideally positioned for Hove and Brighton. Each is around 20 mins walk and we have a bus stop 3 houses along ( by the Church of the Good Shepherd). Preston Park Station is 5 mins walk, Brighton station 20 mins.

Also worth mentioning that we have excellent full fibre WiFi.

Also, sorry for any fish lovers but no fish can be cooked at home.

We will consider Monday to Friday lets (min 6 months) at £525 per month.
