I have a lovely bright double room available in 7 dials as my housemate is moving on to the next chapter in her life. I have lived here 1 year now and am looking for the right person to join me.
The flat is on the ground floor, in a grade 2 building. It’s very spacious and brightly lit. The flat is unfurnished but already has everything needed in communal areas - living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only the spare room is currently empty! We have a small private yard which gets the sun most of the summer. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the flat. Pets are also sadly not allowed.
0.4 miles / 11 min walk from Brighton train station. Around 0.6 miles / 15 min walk to seafront. Closest shop 4 min walk.
Bills include council tax, water, energy and wi-Fi and come in at around £200 each. Slightly more in the winter to accommodate the heating. Netflix optional extra.
The official tenancy runs out 11th July but we can accommodate an earlier move from 1st July for the right person.
I am an environmental professional who works from home 4 days a week. I value a clean and tidy living space and am a respectful housemate. I enjoy a good balance of alone time and hanging out with my housemate but there is no pressure to do either.
In my spare time I play on an Australian football team which brings with it lots of socialising! I also enjoy sea swimming, being in nature and going to gigs. I am very easy going and looking forward to making a new connection to live with.
