Hey! I’m looking for a roomie for a double room in 7 dials from 16 March. 6 month contract initially then rolling. 🙏
It’s a gorgeous flat! I’ve been living here for 18 months and love it here. It’s a really beautiful area and ideally situated with the seafront and Brighton station both about a 10/12 min walk away.
The flat is spacious and bright with tall ceilings, on the ground floor in a grade 2 building. It has Victorian shutters in the bedrooms and living room. There’s a porch in the entrance with space for a bike. It has have a private sunny yard with a washing line, small greenhouse, bbq and sun lounger. We have the use of a small shed shared between 4 flats where you can store a bike. Smoking is not allowed inside but is fine in the yard. Pets are sadly not allowed (a rule of the building).
Bills include council tax, water, energy and wi-Fi are around £150-70 per month each.
I am an environmental professional who works from home 4 days a week but I do go away often with work so there are times you will have the place to yourself. I also regularly spend a few weeks away from Brighton visiting my family.
I like a clean living space and clear communication with my housemates. I am a respectful and considerate person to live with and enjoy a good balance of alone time and socialising. In my spare time I play AFL and enjoy things like sea swimming, saunas, being in nature and going to gigs.
