Big double room to rent in 7 Dials

Hiya

We are looking for a new flatmate to rent one of the rooms, ideally aged between mid-20s - late 30s.

You’ll be replacing me as a tenant and will be sharing with three other lovely girls: Ellie, Alex and Maddy, and our house cat, Pingu who is basically the man of the house and the king of the castle.

It’s the best house share I have lived in, the only reason I’m leaving is because of moving in with my partner, so definitely recommend! ☺️

You’ll have the biggest room in the flat and the rent is £621.25 per month plus bills. Room is part-furnished with an armchair, a small chest of drawers and small shelving unit, anything else you see on the photo such as the bed are mine and will be taking with me. Bathroom is shared with two other girls as one has her own en-suite.

There is a shared kitchen, living room, a lovely balcony, and a bit of additional storage space throughout.

Although everyone is busy with their own lives, it is a social household, which likes to have movie nights, dinner nights and drinks and binge watch series together, so looking for someone who would enjoy joining in and will not remain a stranger living here, and someone who is tidy.

Sorry but no students will be considered.

Move-in date is 14 July the latest.
