Double room available right on the seafront

Our flatmate is moving out in February and we are looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s, who is nice, tidy and isn't looking for a party vibe! No students or short term requests please.

Room is a double with a skylight. The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress and chest of drawers.

There's 1 big bathroom (bath/shower/sink) and 2 separate toilets so no bathroom clash in the morning. The open plan lounge & kitchen is the main selling point. It's big with high ceilings, very light and looks over Regency Square. We get amazing morning sun in the lounge and you can see the sea! We're a ground floor flat and less than 1min from the beach. There's no TV or work space in the communal space but space for a desk in the room!

Rent is £600/month to the landlord. Deposit of £600 also to the landlord. Bills are £120-£150/month (gas, elec, water, council tax band b, wifi, cleaner).

Walking wise it's about 20 minutes to most places. Being in zone z it's a min 11 month waiting list for a parking permit.

We're looking for working professionals with mon-fri 9-5 out of the house type work. People who take pride in their home and don't think of it as lodgings or an after party venue. People with good conversational English up for a beer or chat. We are easy going but like a clean & tidy flat.

One flatmate is 34, Irish and working as a teacher in Hove. She enjoys swimming, hiking/camping, gigs, going to the beach & reading.

The other flatmate is 33, also Irish & works in the a tattoo shop in town. She enjoys chilling in the evenings, going to art galleries and doing arts and crafts.
