Big double room in Elm Grove area.

Big double room with shared living space, garden and direct access to a park.
Sharing with one adult and 5 yr old child ( at other parent's half the time.) and 2 cats.

There's a big living room, a big kitchen and 2 toilets.

I would prefer someone who goes to sleep fairly early and someone who goes out to work/study and has at least a bit of a social life. Also someone who likes kids and cats and is comfortable with chats and communication.
