Large bay fronted double bedroom in typical colourful friendly Brighton home. Available for 3 to 6 month lets (month minimum) but happy to discuss specific dates. Available from January 2026

Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, dresser and sofa. Shared kitchen, dining room and garden. Living room is not shared but the bedroom is large enough for both a double bed and a sofa so lots of space to relax and make your own.

Please note, we have a dog and a cat who will want to be friends with you!.

Prefer pescatarian or veggie/vegan.

We are a married couple in our 50s; a teacher and an occupational therapist, our children are at university.

We would prefer someone who is active and enjoys getting out and exploring the city.

We are pescatarian and would ideally prefer non meat eaters.

All bills inc Virgin fibre broadband included.
