Lovely large double room in Central Brighton

Large bay fronted double bedroom in typical colourful friendly Brighton family home. Available for short ideally 3 to 6 monthly term lets (month minimum) but happy to discuss specific dates.

Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, dresser and sofa. Shared kitchen, dining room and garden. Living room not shared but the room is large enough for both a double bed and a sofa so lots of space to relax and make your own.

Please note, we have a dog and a cat who will want to be friends with you!. Prefer pescatarian or veggie/vegan.

We are a married couple in our 50s; a teacher and an occupational therapist, our children are at university hence the spare room.

We would prefer someone who enjoys exploring the city and not holed up in the room 24 hours a day! We are pescatarian/veggie and would ideally prefer non meat eaters.

All bills inc Virgin fibre broadband included.
