We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely young professionals house in Elm grove! (better photos of room to come)
Move in is flexible between the 12th-30th October (extra 2 weeks will be £280) Our new tenant has dropped out due to personal reasons so if you can move in quickly that’s a plus!
Being clean and tidy in communal spaces is a must, as well as sociable and friendly as we regularly hang out together and have friends over, however this is not a party house!
Large double on the 2nd floor, sharing a bathroom with 1 female. Living room, kitchen & garden on ground floor. Parking permit available & free on street at the weekend, shared drive space!
Bills approx £100-£150 extra (more in winter, less in summer)
5 weeks deposit & first months rent is needed up front (to lettings agency)
UK guarantor needed if you earn under 16k a year
