We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely young professionals house in Elm grove! Move in is flexible between the 12th-31st October :)
Being clean and tidy in communal spaces is a must, as well as sociable and friendly as we regularly hang out together and have friends over, however this is not a party house!
Small double on the 1st floor, sharing a bathroom with 1 male. Living room, kitchen & garden on ground floor. Parking permit available & free on street at the weekend
Bills approx £100-£150 extra (more in winter, less in summer)
